coaching surges
A Coaching Surge is short term, intense burst of coaching, designed to kick start momentum.
It differs from most Executive Coaching programs in its format of 1 x 30-minute session held weekly, for 3 weeks.

A Surge injects energy into an immediate challenge to enable the Coachee to see multiple perspectives, hold paradoxes and trial, test and reflect on the best way forward.
target Audience
Individuals, from Executives and Senior Leaders through to first time Managers, who understand the benefits and process of Executive Coaching, and are looking for coaching conversations
in these uncertain times.
